What information about me is gathered by your site and how will it be used?
We collect information from each guest to our site that we use to monitor site performance and activity. This information is summarized and viewed by our webmaster in a weekly report. The report includes web host providers, domain names, countries, file requests and types, time of day visitors logged on, navigational paths through the site, web browsers and operating systems, referring site names, and search engine keywords used to find us. This information is used to make improvements to our web site to insure that the technology we use is viewable by the majority of our guests and to improve the layout, content, and accessibility of our site. If you do not order anything from our web store, we will have no knowledge of your name, phone number, address or any other personal information.

In addition, our web host provider collects the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of visitors and the pages these visitors access, but does not collect any personal information, such as an email address, physical address or your name. This information is used by our web host provider to monitor server performance and diagnose server problems.

If you choose to order something from our web store, you will need to supply your name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc. as part of the ordering process. This information will be used to charge your credit card for your purchases and to ship your order. In addition, your name will be added to our mailing list which will allow us to inform you of upcoming Kent Henry events in your local area, send you our yearly product catalog, and possibly an occasional newsletter. Our mailing list is for the exclusive use of Kent Henry Ministries and our record label, "Relic Records", but upon very rare occasions (twice in the last five years), we have allowed a church to send local mailings to individuals regarding an artist similar to Kent who will be ministering in their area. If you desire to have your name removed from our mailing list, simply send an email to staff@kenthenrymin.org.

 
 
 
My name or personal information is misspelled, or inaccurate--how can I have it updated?
If the information does not need to be encrypted for security reasons, you can simply send an email with the correct information to staff@kenthenrymin.org. (Please do not send credit card information via email!!) Alternatively, you can call us at (636) 532-7711 between 9:00am - 2:00pm CST or write us at Kent Henry Ministries, P.O. Does your site collect cookies?
Cookies are short pieces of information stored on your computer by a particular website. When you return to the website, this enables it to remember something about your last visit. Kent Henry Ministries does not create any cookies during your visit. However, your browser must have cookies enabled in order to shop from our web store. This is because our web host provider uses a temporary cookie to keep track of what is in your shopping cart. (Otherwise, you would be limited to purchasing only one item at a time--pretty inconvenient, huh?) The cookie contains a serial number that identifies your shopping cart contents and expires the moment you leave our store.
How is my personal information kept secure by your site?
