Delivery Time

Product Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

If the product you ordered is available, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. International orders should anticipate additional shipping time (5-7 business days) if sending via USPS (United States Postal Service) mail. See International Orders for addition information.

Backordered titles and Preordered titles will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped the cheaper of either (USPS) United States Firstclass Mail or via (UPS) United Parcel Service - Ground Delivery, depending on weight.

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is received.

 
 

Priority Shipping

Priority shipping can be requested for an additional handling fee of $5.00 plus the priority shipping cost. Priority shipping fees vary based on weight. Upon request, we currently offer the following expedited shipping methods:

  • UPS Guaranteed Next Day Air
  • UPS Guaranteed Second Day Air
  • UPS Guaranteed Three-Day Select
  • FedEx

To indicate you would like priority shipping, copy or type the name of the priority shipping method you prefer from the list above to the "Special Shipping/Delivery Instructions" on the store check-out form. Due to the complexity of pricing schemes offered, our system is currently not able to calculate your exact shipping cost at the time of your order if you choose priority shipping. Instead, log-on to www.ups.com or www.fedex.com for an estimate of fees using the product weight table below (Our zip code is 63005). Our staff will calculate your exact shipping cost manually and issue a separate credit charge for the difference between the priority shipping cost and what your on-line receipt shows. Your packing slip will show the correct shipping amount.
